1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777ac website or mobile application, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the 777ac platform regardless of how they access it — through a desktop browser, mobile browser or the dedicated 777ac mobile app.

If you are acting on behalf of another person or using another person's account, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. However, account sharing is not permitted — see Section 3 for account registration rules.

These terms are in addition to any specific rules that apply to individual games, bonus offers or promotions made available on the platform. In the case of any conflict between game-specific or promotion-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the more specific rule will apply to that particular game or promotion.

2 Eligibility

To use the 777ac platform you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults only and we take this requirement seriously.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering an account you confirm that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. Providing false information to circumvent these requirements is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 777ac. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid payment method. The details you provide during registration must match the name on your JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account or other payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. 777ac will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Account details including name and mobile number can be updated by contacting customer support. Verification may be required before changes are applied. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current, particularly your payment method details, as outdated information is the most common cause of withdrawal delays.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 777ac are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, mobile wallets and cards. The available methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 777ac is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, mobile network issues or bank processing times on the provider's side.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts is not permitted. If 777ac identifies a deposit from a third-party source, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Deposited funds are held in your account balance for use on the platform. Deposits are not refundable once credited except in cases of technical error where a deposit has been incorrectly processed. If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, contact support with your transaction reference.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid out in PKR to your registered payment method. Available withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, mobile wallets and cards. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per method are shown on the withdrawal page and may vary based on your account verification level and VIP tier.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, 777ac may require identity verification to confirm that your account details match your payment method registration. This is a standard security measure. Providing accurate information at registration reduces the chance of any verification delay when you want to withdraw.

Withdrawals are processed once approved. JazzCash and Easypaisa payouts are typically completed quickly after approval. Bank transfers follow standard bank processing timelines. You can monitor withdrawal status from the withdrawal history section of your account dashboard.

Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to your registered payment method, or where verification has not been completed, will be held until the issue is resolved. 777ac is not liable for delays resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the account holder.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

777ac offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games and minimum deposit thresholds. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements define how many times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be converted into withdrawable funds. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The specific multiple is always stated with each individual offer.

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. The following activities are considered abuse of bonus terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Placing bets designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk
• Coordinating with other users to exploit bonus terms
• Any other behaviour that 777ac determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers rather than use them as intended

777ac reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any wagering already completed toward a requirement will be taken into account.

7 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All bets placed on 777ac — whether on live casino tables, slot games, sports or any other game type — are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying your bet selections before confirming. Technical errors on your device, network interruptions or accidental inputs are not grounds for reversing a confirmed bet.

In the event of a genuine technical fault on the 777ac platform that affects the outcome or recording of a bet, 777ac will investigate and resolve the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 777ac's decision on such matters is final.

For sports markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and football — individual market rules govern how results are settled. Markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, postponement or other exceptional circumstances, the relevant market rules will determine how bets are handled.

8 VIP Programme

The 777ac VIP programme rewards players based on their betting activity across the platform. 777ac reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action including account closure, withholding of funds pending investigation and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

777ac reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, that fraudulent activity is occurring or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any funds held in the account will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be withheld in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

13 Liability

777ac provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability.
